AUDIR is an association in the Catalan-speaking region, encompassing groups in Spain, southern France, and Andorra. Its aim is to bring together people from different religious traditions in order to promote mutual knowledge, dialogue and cooperation between different religious denominations and convictions present in Catalan areas, inspired by UNESCO's principles of peace and the culture of dialogue. AUDIR promotes, supports, and coordinates over 20 interfaith groups in different locations, and organizes gatherings, educational courses and workshops, publications. exhibitions, an interfaith choir, and other activities and initiatives. Currently, the board of directors of the entity is formed by 11 members who belong to the Unitarian, Protestant, Buddhist, Bahá'í, Jewish and Catholic traditions. |
