On 10th December, Emina Frljak and Lejla Hasandedić-Đapo facilitated an interactive workshop during the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the KAICIID International Fellows Programme in Lisbon. The session focused on the publication “ABC of Interfaith Dialogue” and explored practical ways to utilise it in support of interfaith work.
The workshop included two practical exercises and a Q&A session, engaging 12 participants from around the world, including the USA, Albania, Portugal, Indonesia, Colombia, and India. Participants had the opportunity to reflect on real-life interfaith challenges and practice dialogue techniques in a supportive and interactive environment.
“ABC of Interfaith Dialogue” is a joint publication by Youth for Peace (BiH), URI Europe, and Religions for Peace Europe, supported by the KAICIID Fellows Programme Microgrants. The publication serves as a practical guide for youth, educators, and practitioners who aim to foster understanding, cooperation, and peaceful engagement across religious and cultural differences.
The publication is available online in English, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and French.
Through initiatives like this, URI Europe continues to support youth and practitioners in building bridges across cultures and religions, promoting dialogue, understanding, and cooperation.
