After a break for personal reasons, Marianne Horling hosted another long-awaited fairytale seminar for her Intercultural Circle on June 23, 2024.

Around 15 people attended, some of whom had traveled from far away. The participants lived up to the word "intercultural", as they came from very different backgrounds in terms of roots of origin, religious backgrounds, professional backgrounds, commitment, etc..

After refreshments of tea, coffee and cake, and after greeting each other and exchanging with each other, Marianne read the fairy tale "The Faithful John" by the Brothers Grimm. Under her guidance, the participants then explored the background and meaning of this impressive story.

In addition to gaining fascinating insights into fairy tales and their symbolic language, they also learned a lot about and from each other, built connections and deepened their friendships. A slightly smaller group was able to enjoy the final dinner of "chili con carne".
